		<description>Now what&#039;s wrong with citing Berger/Luckmann? Ever! Seriously, one could take Manfred&#039; CEI one step further to give greater weight to citations originating from articles that have a higher CEI themselves. So if one citation snob can&#039;t help him- or herself to cite to another citation snob, that&#039;s the gold standard!</description>
